Free standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping to delivery destinations supported at checkout. Available delivery options and any charges will be displayed before you place your order.

Estimated delivery

Our estimated standard delivery time is 6–12 business days from order confirmation, including order processing.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the destination, carrier operations, weather, customs clearance, and other disruptions.

Any different estimate or processing requirement will be disclosed before purchase.

Order processing and fulfilment

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Fulfilment and dispatch locations can vary by item and destination. Our Wyoming registered business address is not a representation that products ship from Wyoming or from a US warehouse.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, we will send the details to the email address provided with your order. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the parcel.

Delays

If we become aware that we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will contact you with an update and, where required, give you the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, email groomauraofficial@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate.

Delivery addresses and changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before ordering. Contact us immediately if it needs to be changed. Changes may not be possible after an order enters fulfilment.

If an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer causes a return or redelivery, we will explain the available options and any applicable cost before arranging another shipment.

Missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

If your parcel appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us promptly.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check with household members, building reception, and nearby safe delivery locations, then contact us. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.

International charges

For cross-border deliveries, any import duties, taxes, or clearance charges not collected at checkout will be disclosed as customer-payable before purchase where applicable. Free shipping does not itself mean that import charges are included.
