This website and the GROOMAURA store are operated by ZTYLORA LLC. Throughout these terms, “GROOMAURA,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to ZTYLORA LLC.

These terms govern your use of our website and purchases from our store. Our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional information relevant to your use of our services.

Eligibility and account information

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement in your jurisdiction, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Product use

Use the GROOMAURA roller according to its instructions and only on suitable fabric surfaces. Test a small, inconspicuous area before wider use, particularly on delicate or loosely woven materials.

The roller is intended for removing hair and lint from suitable surfaces. It is not intended for use directly on pets or human skin. Results may vary with fabric type, hair type, and technique.

Prices and payments

Prices and the checkout currency are displayed on the store. Applicable taxes and any additional charges we collect will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payment must be authorised using a payment method available at checkout. Discounts apply only under the terms stated with the offer.

Prices may change for future purchases. Such changes do not retrospectively change an accepted order.

Orders and availability

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation. We may contact you if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified, or an order contains a material pricing or description error.

We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled or is cancelled by us, we will notify you and refund amounts collected for the cancelled items.

We may decline orders where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or unlawful activity.

Shipping, returns, and cancellations
